Today we want to introduce our deputy director, José Vicente Tarazona, or Pepe to his friends.

José Vicente TarazonaJosé Vicente holds a PhD in Agricultural Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in developing research projects in the fields of agronomy, energy, and material science.

As for his role in the company, as mentioned, he is the financial manager, responsible for everything related to expenses, payments, collections, and income. He also manages the company’s labor relations and the financial reporting of various ongoing research projects.

What he enjoys most about his work is dealing with the company’s general balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and corporate taxes. On a more personal level, he loves reading, spending time with his family, and having good conversations.

When it comes to recommendations, he has a wide array of suggestions. In terms of films, he recommends “The Wild Bunch” (Sam Peckinpah), and “The Purple Rose of Cairo” (Woody Allen), among others. As for books, his top picks include “Don Quixote”, “The Count-Duke of Olivares” (JH Elliott), and “The Burning Plain” (Juan Rulfo). For music, he enjoys Paranoid (Black Sabbath), Killers (Iron Maiden), and Ayatollah (Siniestro Total).
