ProtoPRED is an advanced tool designed to facilitate toxicological evaluation using computational methods. This user-friendly platform adheres to the 3R’s principles, aiming to replace, reduce and refine traditional animal testing by incorporating new approach methodologies (NAMs). The system integrates multiple modules specialized in predicting physicochemical properties, environmental toxicity, and effects on human health, all based on QSAR models. For more detailed information about eight advanced modules, refer to our previous entries. Additionally, with the generation pf Quantitative Model Reporting Format (QMRF) and Quantitative Prediction Reporting Format (QPRF) documents, we ensure greater scientific reliability and regulatory compliance. ProtoPRED offers an efficient and transparent approach to support critical decisions in chemical research and development.
A visual resource to facilitate learning
To help you understand and maximize ProtoPRED’s potential, we have developed a comprehensive video tutorial. This material guides you step-by-step through the software’s key features, making it easy to integrate into your workflow.
To start using ProtoPRED
Here’s a summary of the key steps to get the most out of ProtoPRED:
- Register on our platform. You will automatically receive an email with your credentials.
- Your new account comes with 150 free tokens. These tokens act as currency for predictions.
- Select the module you are interested in.
- Input your data via CAS number, SMILES, or by drawing your molecule. You can also upload a file in various formats containing multiple molecules.
- Choose the models you want to use for predictions. This is where you can access all available QMRFs.
- ProtoPRED will notify you of any errors while validating your data. Submit your data, and tokens will be deducted.
- Receive your results in seconds, which you can view directly on-screen or download.
- For regulatory purposes, you can generate a QMRF report. Our system generates it automatically, but you can customize it by adding more details in the dedicated section.
We hope this tutorial helps you master ProtoPRED and unlock its full potential for your projects.
