New EU project granted
The European Commission is going to finance another project developed by our company, entitled “Computational ‘eco-toxicity’ assessment of pharmaceutical and cosmetics materials, an approach towards a green and sustainable environment”.
ProtoQSAR receives the seal EIBT
Both the President and Managing Director of the Center for Innovative Enterprises of Valencia (CEEI), Mr. Raúl Royo and Mr. Jesús Casanova respectively, have awarded our Director with the label EIBT granted by the National Association of European Business Centres and Innovation (ANCES).
MICINN finances our projects
The Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities has granted funding to ProtoQSAR for the development of two projects through two different aid lines.
Obtention “Innovative SME” label
The Directorate-General (DG) for Research, Development and Innovation (depending on the power of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities) has granted to ProtoQSAR on November 14th 2018 the renewal of inscription in the Register of innovative SME.
Participation in the workshop of the LIFE-COMBASE project and in the ESTIV2018 Congress. Throughout October we have had the opportunity to present our work in two events which took place in Italy and Germany respectively.
Obtention of SME Instrument grant
ProtoQSAR is selected in the latest SME Instrument call of the European Commission. Our company receives European funding to promote an ambitious innovation project.

Issue 75 of the journal specialized in the field of pests publishes an article about our methods.
Presentation of mutagenicity models
Our colleague Sergi Gómez has participated in the congress organized by the Spanish Society of Environmental Mutagenesis (SEMA), which this year has taken place in the Escuelas Pías de San Fernando (UNED Madrid). This event has allowed to bring together national and international researchers related to mutagenesis and environmental genomics, in each and every one of its disciplines, addressing different issues such as the bases of DNA damage and its repair, mutagenic processes, heritable effects, genetic and epigenetic alterations in the genome function, and their relevance in the appearance of diseases.
